Dan diBartolomeo: Dan diBartolomeo founded Northfield Information Services, Inc. in 1985 and serves as its President. Before Northfield, Mr. diBartolomeo served as Director of Research of a New York investment firm, where he was responsible for investment strategy and equity, fixed-income, and derivatives research. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Chicago Quantitative Alliance and the advisory board of the International Association of Financial Engineers. Mr. diBartolomeo formerly served on the industry liaison committee of the Department of Statistics and Actuarial Sciences at New Jersey Institute of Technology. He serves as a judge in the Moscowitz Prize competition, given for excellence in academic research on socially responsible investing by the University of California, Berkeley. Mr. diBartolomeo is a Visiting Professor at the CARISMA research center of Brunel University in London. He writes and lectures extensively and frequently presents papers at academic and industry meetings. Mr. diBartolomeo has a degree in Applied Physics from Cornell University.
Russ Hovanec: Russ Hovanec is the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Northfield Information Services, Inc. where he has successfully managed its development for over 16 years. Prior to Northfield, Mr. Hovanec was a Director at Barra, Inc. and a Vice President at First Union. He was also a research meteorologist at Princeton University. Russ is a member of the Steering Committee of the Boston chapter of Prmia, the Professional Risk Manager’s International Association. Mr. Hovanec has a BS in Aeronautical Engineering and Economics from Miami University.
Kara Bilotta: Kara Bilotta joined the Harvard Business School staff in 2014. She is currently an Associate Director of MBA Technology serving the technology needs of the MBA Program. A variety of relationship, vendor, and project management activities make up her day-to-day interactions.Prior to joining HBS, Kara worked at both Tufts University and Regis College in a variety of technology roles ranging from technology support to customer relationship and service management.Ms.Bilotta received her bachelor of arts in English with a concentration in Secondary Education from Regis College in 2003 and her master of science in Organizational and Professional Communication from Regis in 2006.
Liz Miller: Liz Miller is an Associate Professor in CIT at Bunker Hill Community College. Ms. Miller has a broad background, having worked in industry, nonprofits, and government, and has taught computer programming from kindergarten through college levels. After a long career in oceanography, Ms. Miller was an early professional website developer and owner of a web development business. Ms. Miller has a MSc in Geology and Geophysics from Boston College, and a BS in Geology from Mount Holyoke College.
Judith Webster: Judith Webster has served as the Executive Director of CRPIC for the past 11 years. Prior to joining CRPIC, she was the President of Webster Development and Consulting, a company providing development and strategic planning to nonprofit organizations and educational institutions. Ms. Webster was the Director of Acquisitions for Fidelity Properties, a real estate branch of Fidelity Investments. She has done syndications, public and private placements, equity and debt financing, and development management with John Hancock Realty Equities and Claremont Financial Services. Ms. Webster also was a lobbyist in Washington, DC working on solar, low-head hydro, conservation and alternative energy investment tax credit initiatives. She has a MBA from the Simmons Graduate School of Management and a BS, Summa Cum Laude, in Environmental Studies from the University of New Hampshire.
