Nov 5,2017 - Nov 12,2017 Time: 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm
Have you noticed that your indoor photos aren’t nearly as good as those taken outside? Stop letting your camera make all the decisions and start getting better indoor shots! IN this class we will learn how to take dramatically better photos in low and artificial light. We will examine the role of shutter speed, aperture, and ISO and the use of tripods under low light conditions. We will explore using your camera’s built-in flash for “life-as-it-happens,” and external flash attachments for more professional but still portable shorts. We’ll also introduce you to simple, low-cost studio lighting set-ups you can duplicate yourself with things you may already own or can purchase inexpensively at Home Depot. You’ll get lots of attention from the instructor specific to your individual questions and problems. Last class ends with refreshments and a student slide show and discussion.
